Staff are always friendly, food is beautiful never fault it.  Picture is of cauliflower and cheese soup with half a sandwich and salad (about £7). They offer afternoon tea (about £15) or with processco  (about £17) order 24hours in advance for this option. 
Downstairs is a coffee area with cakes or there's upstairs for breakfast / lunch with tea / coffee and cakes . Very nice and warm . Highly recommend.
