They were brilliant. We asked for packing service. They Packed our kitchen & bedroom as well as normal reassemble etc., and left our new home after 4 hours 30 min. We had a corner sofa, bed, bookcase and some bits and pieces. Lots of kitchen accessories .... Our wardrobe didn't arrive on time so they offered to leave the cloths hanger and picked them up the day after. They were so professional, very nice and kind. I definitely recommend them! They made it so easy for us which was definitely worth it.

I don't usually complete reviews but on this occasion it is only right to give credit where due. M25 hats off to you everything from the quotation to the packing to the move was done without any fuss. You did what you promised and made our move on the day a stress free experience. Many thanks to all of your team.

We used M25 movers last weekend and would thoroughly recommend them. The service from start to finish was excellent. The office staff are friendly and professional and all communications pre moving day were great. On the day, they turned up on time, were incredibly efficient and careful when packing, and had everything unpacked in unbelievably quick time! We were impressed with the service! We are hoping to be in our new house for a few years, but if we were to move again they would be my first phone call.Thank you again for your perfect service.

M25 made my move a lot easier. They came and packed everything fast and smoothly. They waited untill i got the keys to the new flat without any problems. They were fast, efficient and kind Great value for the money Will choose them again for sure.

A resident in the building that I manage in Kensington was moving out today and chose this company. Two guys arrived at 9am, both Romanian, aged about 25, and one of them immediately chose to leave his lorry and urinate against the private residential buildings side wall. I spoke to the resident and told him to have a word with them not to do this. The resident then told them both that they could use his toilet in his home. When they left site at 3.30pm the second male decided to urinate behind a parked van on site. I went out and shouted at him to stop and told him that this is not a toilet. I told them both to get off site immediately as this is private land and they are on CCTV. One of them began to laugh at me. They then drove away. I then did a quick building check and they had jammed open two common area doors which poses a fire hazard - with the door wide open oxygen will feed any potential fire and people could have been burned to death in their homes. I don't think that I need to say much more do I? Disgraceful unhygienic, disgusting and incredibly unprofessional behaviour from a companies employees. Their behaviour today reflects very poorly on the company as a whole and they will not be allowed onto my site ever again. If they do come back then I will simply call the Police and have them removed for Trespass on private land and Criminal Damage from their previous visit which is all captured on CCTV.
