Nice park, lots of friendly ducks and geese, one poor Swan was limping it had some fishing wire round both legs, there is an aviary with birds and meerkats a big fishing lake and a zip line too.
It's nice place for visit with family or just alone, for rest from city loud life. Here plenty place for walk with a dog, run or just enjoy of nature. Here also is a place where kids can play, a same time parents have time just for yourself. I recommend this place for visit and enjoy.
Very nice and big park. Good play ground for kids and also have pool for kids in summer
A lovely park to take our 2 year old granddaughter to. Lots of grass to run and kick a ball in. A lovely choice of imaginative rides for toddlers up to Juniors. Finally, the marvellous Meerkats and a small animal centre with planned activities from time to time. Dog-friendliness: Plenty of dogs are walked in the park. All well supervised to date. There are picnic tables and benches to rest at when needed. There were tents with people obviously fishing on our visit today.
Beautiful Park extremely well maintained. Lots to do and loads of places for kids to go and explore safely. If you download the love exploring app you can down use this to find the Dinosaurs located around the park. Fabulous park a real gem and in my opinion the best park in Hull.
Lovely park, just getting a bit too many ducks. They make a lot of mess on the grass. The addition of a meekat compound will be an attraction for children.
Great place to visit for families or in our case our 3yr old grandson with lots of energy to burn. Lots of activities & safe play area. Picnic area Wide open spaces. Large pond with ducks geese & swans. Overall a good place to visit for an hour or so to take away the lockdown blues.
Pickering Park is a great place for a family walk, a picnic or a spot of fishing. I've been going all my life. It has such potential, and with a bit if investment could be even greater. I love Meerkats!
Had a pleasant time at this park, very clean and tidy, a nice walk around the lake, avairy was very interesting too
