Really good BnB and nice and clean

It is in the process of renovation. Toilets and bathrooms are clean & neat. Bed room is quite comfortable. It is near ASDA super market.

Great experience at this hotel! Very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Me and my partner took our 3 month old baby to stay and used a room that had a double bed and single bed with a private shower room. It was very clean and everything seemed to be bew and modern. The communal kitchen area where there were breakfast items you could access all day was spacious, modern and also very clean. It is roughly a 5-10 minute drive from the city centre of Hull depending on the traffic. Excellent value for money here!

Been a few times always clean with friendly staff

Quite basic but I could live with that for the cost, but as a non smoker I really hate the smell of smoke which seemed to be coming from the staff areas. Staff were friendly but obviously need to think about their quests more.
