Having had a dreadful 24 hours following our house being broken into the fantastic service and advice from Chris Slingsby was the first positive thing that we experienced! He responded quickly, ensured we had the best locks and barrels and provided good advice on other security measures without trying to sell us anything. Can't recommend Packard Hardware highly enough and will be using in future.

Very friendly staff. Great advice. Could have made a sale with me as i dont have much knowledge but didnt take advantage. Thanks guys

Saddened to hear Chris is leaving. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He always went above and beyond his call of duty. I remember a time I needed advice and travelled miles back from a job to get the advice I needed from him which helped me impeccably and aided me in completing my job. Great guy, thanks for the help!
