I've never used a physio therapist before and after having had a car accident was instructed to attend a series of 9 sessions with Physiotherapy Works at their Queensbury offices. The first few sessions were pretty intense and i actually felt worse after them however when i raised this a gentler approach was taken that saw improvements week on week. Due to a range of personal issues i wasn't able to attend as frequently as id have liked however at the end of the treatment i no longer have any persistent pain in my shoulder and the numbness in my arm and hand has gone. Particular praise goes to David Roome who offered a welcoming, accommodating and enjoyable set of sessions. If you don't think physio therapy works like i did then prepare to be surprised by the result.
