I have been suffering with Frozen shoulder and after a long wait for any kind of treatment through my GP, I sourced out some physio therapy, after one session with James, the advice for the best results was to undertake Capsule Hydrodilation treatment. Two weeks has now passed since i underwent the procedure and even though this is a work in progress, i am delighted with the result, the pain has reduces significantly and i am now working to gain full movement back. I have suffered previously with this condition and without this treatment I had a frozen shoulder for 3 years. So without any hesitation I would recommend the treatment and James to anyone suffering with long term pain and problems. Thank you James
After a prolonged period of increasing pain and difficulty from my shoulder I saw my GP and was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder again and put on a seemingly endless waiting list for treatment. A web search found PhysioNeeds at Cotgrave who offered Capsule Hydrodilation treatment. After a slightly uncomfortable session when my shoulder was injected, the improvements have been rapid and dramatic. Some further treatment has been needed to strengthen the shoulder, but the damage caused by prolonged pain has to be repaired and that takes time once the cause is fixed. I would recommend this treatment if you are in pain.
I recently completed treatment for torn muscle scar tissue to my right shoulder wasnt sure what the problem was until first visit to see James , he quickly assessed my problem and treated it accordingly He explained to me the treatment and approx how long it would take, this turned out to be correct i can only express my thanks to James for the way he treated me and my problem. The best physio in Nottingham!! I can't thank James enough for getting me back to work so quickly! The steroid injection and physio therapy really sped up the recovery of my meniscus and LCL injury! Back to work within 4 weeks! Thank you so much for everything.
Too long to wait on the NHS after being told by the physio that I needed a steroid injection... Came home and looked up for private...phoned up and got in the same day...James was very thorough and pleasant...I had the injection done and not looked back since...would definitely recommend...and after 2 weeks got a courtesy call off James to see how I was doing...

I hobbled into the waiting room at PhysioNeeds in Cotgrave, due to serve back pain, and could hardly move. Working with Ben he professionally assessed & diagnosed my back problem. We then focused on some very simple exercises over 2-3 weeks to get me moving again and the pain in my back reduced. With more mobility we then worked on strengthening exercises, focusing on the problem area in my back. I'd have no hesitation to see Ben again if the need arises.
Having suffering with osteoarthritis for years I finally got surgery i had both knees full replacement but still had a lot of pain having wearing knee support’s etc I got in touch with James at cotgrave and he suggested DURALANE after a few days I am glad to say I am now pain free I can’t thank James enough and a 100% recommendation kind regards John
Cannot thank Ben enough 5 weeks ago I had sciatica so bad I couldn't walk without extreme pain in my thigh, I couldn't move to turn over in bed as the pain was so extreme and debilitating. On my first visit he got me standing upright and able to walk short distances now a few weeks later I still have a dull ache in my thigh but am able to do most things now. I cant thank him enough he has been brilliant
I recently had treatment for a hand injury by Ben, I have used Physio needs several times previously and they have always delivered. Highly recommend.
