Our vision is to provide you with 100% patient-centred care at a convenient time for you. We are passionate about holistic care and focus on self-management tools alongside manual therapy "hands on" within the rehabilitation journey. With this in mind we offer Physio-led Pilates, Yoga, Strength & Conditioning Rehabilitation sessions and varied workshops. I suffered from back pain for many years. Pregnancy exasperated the issue which led me to seek help. Kate carried out my initial assessment and treatment and I cannot thank her enough for her incredible assistance and specialist skills. After my first session I felt comfortable for the first time in years! I am genuinely impressed with the professionalism and high level of service offered from this company. I would recommend Kate and her staff in a heartbeat.
I have been to Physioflexx for almost a year. I injured myself doing high intensity exercises and I was recommended by my work Physio to join Pilates classes to improve my ongoing sciatic problem. After my initial assessment done by Kate at Physioflexx, I joined the Pilates classes and I have improved so much that I am now doing 4 classes/wk and started running! The Pilates classes are run by a professional physiotherapist at their premises at convenient times. Due to the pandemic, the classes are currently available via Zoom. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve health and fitness.
I have used physioflexx for years and always been cared for and rehab’d back to fitness, the teams flexible approach means u can get appointments to suit you are you own commitments, using evening clinics or early morning. During lockdown I have been using the online Pilates class - which have been amazing, motivating and I feel the benefits mentally and physically - I feel improvement in the strength of my core, and feel part of my wee group as wee have chats before and after class - I will b looking to continue this post lockdown and hoping this will have positive benefits for my ‘dodgy back’ in the long run
Always a pleasure to go here. Staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. I attended for back pain and my husband is attending for a rotator cuff problem. Physioflexx have been fantastic. Highly recommended.
I received very professional and effective treatment from two Physiotherapists in the Physioflexx Practice. The reception staff are also very efficient and pleasant.
