First appointment with an osteopath for an ongoing shoulder ache that’s been a real hindrance to our self build renovation. Great service, got to the core of the problem and felt better immediately. With a couple more treatments I’m sure I’ll be as good as new.
Just finished my first appointment with Bradley. Came across very assuring with tons of knowledge about my reason for going to him. Looking forward to the next appointment.
Very welcoming. Very professional. Took time to get to know me and explained everything about my treatment etc.
I was really helped by Cram a few years back when I had chronic back pain, and decided to re-visit this week after damaging my neck and having pain down the arm. After taking a medical history Bradley was able to identify the problem and begin to treat it straight away, with the result I could sleep without pain for the first time in a week. Highly recommended!
After experiencing pain in my arm for months my son booked me in for my first consultation with Joanna at the Ayr office. First impressions of the lovely lady. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. Professional, a wealth of knowledge and I felt that someone finally understood my pain. I came away feeling uplifted and am looking forward to my future appointments and becoming pain free. Would highly recommend a visit to Cram Osteopaths, being a family business they treat you as a person and not just a number. Thank you Joanna.
This was my first consultation/treatment with Bradley; I already know that I have made the right decision to choose Cram Osteopaths. Right from my first interaction with the lady who took my original enquiry call, Niamh, everything has been clearly explained to me and plenty information has been supplied thus far - from the website to the extremely useful videos which were texted to me, explaining what I should expect; those are a great idea ! I fully expect that my whole continuing treatment experience will continue to be equally as excellent. *** This should be the service quality standard for alternative practitioners everywhere ! ***
Had a relief from a year old pain in neck and round my chest after first visit. Highly recommend.
Detailed and helpful consultation. Effective treatment and lots of useful advice. Joanna was very welcoming and gave me plenty of follow up information. Any anxiety I had just disappeared!
I had a very good first consultation at Cram Osteopaths. Michelle explained the treatment, gave me a clear diagnosis and treatment plan.
I Highly recommend Cram Osteopaths. I found Cram Osteopaths using a Google search and it was everything and more that was recommended. Sensible straightforward precautions in place to prevent the spread of the virus including forehead temperature check. Joanna was on time even though she had another appointment before me. Friendly and charming from the beginning, she took my details and understand straight away what I needed. As I’ve a tendency to high blood pressure she took that straight away. I was very pleased with this as services in the health service for this are limited at the moment. I have been to other Osteopaths so I know what to expect but be reassured the treatment is very gentle more like a massage than manipulation. But very effective. I felt more in line and walked a lot better when I left. A follow up email and confirmation of my next appointment was in my in box within 2hours. All I can say is Thank you Joanna I will be back.
