They found out my problem pretty quick, also helped to improve my mobility in my shoulder.  Very good at what they do. 5star treatment.

Being a elite Masters Powerlifter I suffer injury every now and again, especially during competition. Every time this occurs I go to Caroline at Physioflex and her analysis and prognosis is spot on. Caroline has managed to relieve my current shoulder injury and given me back at least a weeks training as I prepare to the British Masters.
