Physiofit Cambridge offers private physiotherapy in central Cambridge. We are a small team of highly qualified Physios offering a wide range of treatments including manipulation, acupuncture, massage, taping, ultrasound, sports rehab, pilates, home visits and ergonomic workplace assessments. You can phone our dedicated physiotherapy helpline and get immediate advice, without any charge. If you need to see one of us for treatment we stay open late during the week and run a weekend clinic.

I went to see Henriette after I tore my calf muscle playing sports and had never before had an injury like it. Henri was amazing at treating it and it was always a pleasure seeing her as she is so lovely. She also gave me the confidence that it would be okay and after many sessions and lots of helpful guidance in between it is. Would thoroughly  recommend.

Physiofit was recommended to me and I very quickly realised that I was in very safe hands with Kathryn. I had a niggling back pain which was really starting to impact on my day to day life and Kathryn was fantastic!! She is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and very friendly. She took the time to get to the root of the problem and also how to ensure that I was able to continue with my daily workouts which was important to me. Whilst I will never be rid of the pain completely the difference it has made to me has been incredible and I now have the odd niggle every now and again compared to the daily pain I was in before. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kathryn, she has been my saviour and I genuinely miss our sessions!!!

I've been attending physiotherapy sessions at Physiofit Cambridge (Vinery Rd Studios) for a number of months now. I have seen both Rowan and, more recently, Kathryn for chronic headaches. For the last ~8 years, I'd been suffering debilitating headaches at least once a week. I have seen many GPs, neurologists and pain specialists; tried all sorts of medications, diets, etc - nothing ever helped very much. Recently I made it an entire month without a bad headache, all because of the amazing work these guys put in. They are genuinely lovely, compassionate, knowledgeable and just really great at what they do. They have given me my life back and no amount of review stars can describe what that means. Go see them, even if there's nothing wrong with you!

I highly recommend Katherine and the PhysioFit team. Katherine was absolutely phenomenal in identifying the cause of my injury, developing a cooperative treatment plan over several months and giving me the tools to manage the injury going forward. A highly professional, understanding team and a well equipped treatment studio.

I had an appointment with Henriette after breaking five metatarsals and she not only gave me a wide range of exercises which I am excited to try, but she also helped me with my form on weightlifting exercises which are only tangentially related to the initial problem - incredibly thorough overview and giving me a huge amount of confidence to return to all activities. Very professional and friendly manner, and she told me all kinds of details about the way my body moves which I had never even noticed before, including a lingering impact from a four-year-old injury. Rates were very reasonable compared to most physios in the area who seem to charge around the same for half an hour for an initial appointment (rather than the hour offered here). Brilliant patient care.
