I went to see Jenny with a muscular injury to my hip. She assessed me, gave me treatment, as well as a list things to do at home. I was very happy with the service, she's well worth going to see.

I went back recently because of some shoulder & lower back issues. Whilst Jenny was no longer there Dominic treated me. He did a great job. No pain 8 weeks since. I will keep returning if anything else comes up.

I recently visited Dominic Richmond at Capital Physio for treatment on my lower back due to long term pain from a lower disc bulge.
The last episode of pain was very extreme but with the help and advice from Dominic which included a light exercise routine to target strengthening some key areas, I soon had my fastest recovery to date.
I would highly recommend Dominic and the team at Capital Physio for help and advice on how to manage chronic back pain, out of all the places I've had treatment over the last 5 years Capital have given me the most confidence and guidance to move forward and get back to all the activities I enjoy.

Dominic was excellent - professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I came in with a strained wrist and he gave very helpful strengthening and stretching exercises to sort it out. I was back rowing within a week and it steadily improved each day. Highly recommend.

I have visited several different physiotherapists over the years and without doubt I have found Dominic to be the most knowledgeable and practical in terms of assessment and treatment.  The recovery plans that Dominic put in place for me worked, and the aftercare service has been excellent.  I would happily recommend Dominic to friends and family.

Dominic Richmond was great for my rehab after knee surgery. Great explanation of exercises to strengthen my knee and a personal care you don’t get with every Physio. Much appreciated!
