I could barely walk into my first appointment with Leon. We started with a chat about the events leading up to my circumstances, and then he got hands on. I had little optimism in the action he was taking but when asked to stand up and walk about I simply couldn't believe it. Of course I wasn't cured there and then, but the difference in terms of pain was simply amazing. This confirmed to me that this guy knew his stuff. I returned every 2 weeks, having followed an exercise plan set down by Leon. I am now pleased to report that Leon has helped me get back on the badminton court, something I thought would never happen again when I first met him.

Leon was reccommended to through a friend of mine who is massively into her fitness. I have had a groin complaint for 8 months and have been to other physios in this time and nobody has dealt with my issue properly. Leon was a breath of fresh air,from my first consultation I felt he actually cared why I was in pain. I went in limping and came away without my limp! I have been having follow up sessions and feel the best I have in months! If you want a professional environment with someone who knows their stuff I couldn't recommend Leon enough.

A fantastic appointment with Leon this afternoon. He really took the time to assess my running injury, perform functional movement tests and provided me with really helpful advice, taping technique and appropriate exercises. Highly recommended!

Leon is brilliant.  No matter what challenge or self-inflicted injury you face him with, he solves it with calm professionalism and good humour.  I can't recommend him enough.

Been struggling with a chronic knee problem following surgery some years ago so decided the bite the bullet and have a chat with Leon. My own treatments were the usual knee bracing and rest before hand but it was getting harder and harder to resolve. I was given some effective exercises to do - I just wasn't ready for how effective. They completely corrected my knee problems and these simply haven't returned. Should they do so - and I train very regularly at just sub-triathlon level - I'll know exactly what to do. Couldn't recommend this company enough.
