Terrible, unprofessional and shambolic. Would not recommend. There is no consistency in treatment. I experienced gaps of up to 12 weeks between treatment sessions! This has resulted in me having to start treatment from scratch somewhere else. Honestly, avoid at all costs.
Highly disappointed with the service received. We sympathise that the HJ Stadium is currently being used for COVID testing, which disrupts the clinic. However, there are certain standards that I would expect of HCPC registered physio which were just not met in my opinion. Add to this, sharing payment details, who go on to automatically save these details without knowledge or permission, is against data protection legislation. You need to change this to an opt in service and not an opt out service as it currently stands, or be more explicit in who has access to my financial information!
