Lucy Swift - we saw Rick Williams at Speke. My daughter is 8 and dislocated her elbow, once the cast came off it was apparent that she couldn't straighten her elbow or bend it fully. It was very weak and the muscles, ligaments and tendons were very tight from being in the cast for weeks. We needed to find a paediatric physio due to her age. She is a keen gymnast and it was important that we got her movement back as soon as possible. Rick was marvellous and I would recommend him to anyone. The results he achieved in just 2 visits were amazing, he had got her arm straight. Giving her exercises to do at home. He then worked on the bend , after which I then got my nhs appointments through so we carried on with those but rick kept in contact to make sure things were okay and was always avaliable for advice. We have just revisited after the NHS discharged us and he has now provided us with more strengthening excersises as her shoulder is week. Basically nothing has been too much trouble and he was willing to work around my nhs visits, which I appreciate cannot always be possible but it was with a dislocation

I complete for my age in long distance events. Mainly extreme distances in cycling and running. In my last race I injured my hamstring and coulnt finish the race. I was recommended Physio.co.uk by my wife who was havign treatment whis trainning for a marathon. The treatment as been a little painful, but just what I have needed. My legs feel 10 years younger and I know so much more about my leg anatomy. Currently I am working to strengthen my VMOs and have noticed that I am now much more intune with my body. The gym in Speke hass been great. I have found it so useful I have becoem a David Lloyd member so I can access the gym in the week to practice some of the advances exercises. All the therapists from physios to massage therapists have been amazing. I am already back on the treadmill and feeling strong in myself. Thanks for everything. I will be sure to reccomend you to my firends and family, but not my competitiors! Cheers!
