Today 15th, at Phones 4u in Gosport High street, there where two young men manning the shop. I went in with a problem of not being able to connect my mobile phone to a clip and talk Bluetooth device. The taller of the two attended to my situation, which turned out to be more complicated than at first thought. My phone was not Voice enabled. To have the facility of a hands free phone whilst on the move in a car was not my day. The young man showed great patience and determination in providing me my request, he is a great credit to Phones 4u in Gosport. After nearly three hours he finally managed to connect clip and talk to another voice enabled phone. If marks were give, he would get from me, 10+. His manner and courtesy was beyond reproach. Service like this is indeed refreshing and should I every need help again. Like General MacArthur said, 'I shall return'. In naval parlance the expression is. BRAVO ZULU.
