Dropped my Samsung Galaxy S5 on the floor and cracked the screen.  Was quoted £120 to repair as the whole LED needs to be replaced with this type of phone to which I agreed.  They did this the same day and everything looked fine.  However, I noticed straight away when I got home that my phone signal kept going to Emergency calls only.  My signal had been fine previously, even with the damaged screen.  I monitored this for a week and noticed every time my phone changed from a 4G signal down to a normal one it would get stuck in Emergency calls only.  I took the phone back, they kept it for 24 hours and gave me it back saying it was fixed.  Yet, on my short drive home it did exactly the same again! I've now had to buy a new phone on top of the £120 I've given them. 

I've learnt an expensive lesson and would advise anyone else not to take your phone here, just pay a bit more for someone who actually knows what they're doing to fix it!

Never used it for repairs but for accessories the staff have always been polite and helpful.

went in with my iphone 4s in bits after i tryed to fix it my self fixed it in under 30 minutes!!!! should have just went there in the first place will be back 100%
