The food is consistently well prepared and delightful, employees hands out fantastic customer service. I loved how neat it is and mood. Will visit here again.
Awesome salad and a good cup of coffee. Price are reasonable. Mince pies are awesome and large.
Surprised I didn't know about this place sooner considering it's just around the corner from the courts. Great for a coffee or thick crust toast when you've skipped breakfast early morning. Nice and clean venue, fresh food made in front of you. I will definitely be sneaking in more work breaks to this place.

Best sandwiches in Brum This chain of sandwich shops is excellent, they make the best hot and cold sandwiches fresh every day and the most amazing soups. Would highly recommended visiting Philpotts for lunch, simply the best!
Great food at a good price. Nice and clean but not the quickest service.
Love this place... great food, better service and quick turn around. I believe the place is designed for take out... I will say I wanted to give a half star more, and the only blot is the seating space... still, I can live with that. Great for the Lunch time feed!!
Great old style bakers, patisserie, sandwich place and coffee shop
Poor quality and over priced. Order wrong on multiple occasions and staff couldn't care less.
