Philip Tweedie and Company Portstewart recently undertook the sale of two houses for me.  The staff were superb throughout. Both sales were completed with agreed sale prices well beyond my expectations. I was kept fully informed at every stage of the process.  Anything I asked for was expeditiously dealt with. The staff were highly professional, very efficient, and above all, very personable.  If you need an Estate Agent I could not suggest a better firm.

Philip Tweedie was great. They sold my house in just over a week and took care of everything  perfectly.  Very professional, efficient and friendly. I was very impressed with the job they did.

Craig , Rachael and the whole team were very professional during the sale of our holiday home including even during covid lockdown. they were realistic in managing our exceptions and thorough and consistent in all the required follow up to secure a contract from our buyer .
