We have stayed with North Coast property many times before, however the accommodation we rented this time was not up to their usual standard. 62 West Strand Avenue had many faults and it came to our attention that it had been rented out as student accommodation earlier this year. This was clearly evident and that effort hadn't been made to reflect the £725 a week we paid instead of the £660 the students pay per month. The washing machine and the front door lock didn't work, bedding was not provided for one bed, the shower extractor fan blew the fuses, no wardrobe in one room and a broken one with no hanging in another. The apartment was dirty and the shower tray was mouldy. All of which meant this was definitely not a relaxing holiday. Communication between the office wasnt good enough as we constantly had to contact them to check on where things were up to for 5 days of our 7 days. We'd recommend looking closely at the accommodation before renting off them and not staying at that address.
I stayed in the Beach Studio last night and I couldn’t recommend it more. The studio is modern and extremely clean. It is very central and is right beside the beach with a stunning view & lovely atmosphere. The family are lovely and a great help with anything that you need. North Coast Property Management are great for holiday rentals and for student rentals also - definitely worth the stay!
My partner and I have used NCPM quite a few times now and each time has been great experience. We have stayed a few of their properties and every place was done to an exceptional standard. Especially the place on the promenade, one of the nicest places I've stayed cant remember the address now but ask about it!. Staff are friendly and have had no issues using their service. Highly recommend to anyone

This is the best property company you could look for. I rented a house with NCPM for every year of my university degree and every house was just perfect. Any issues were dealt with promptly and with ease. The staff are just great, beyond friendly, they even helped me deal with an issue that was my own fault after I left the property. Could not recommend more!
I live locally but have friends and family in Scotland who have needed accommodation when they come over to visit. Each time the North Coast have been extremely professional and helpful and sorted me out with brilliant accommodation without any hassle. I would totally recommend them and will definitely be using their services again!
