We rented under Philip Ling for 6 months, in which time we did have some issues that needed addressing with the property. They were always very professional and helpful in dealing with any concerns we had. All staff are friendly and fair, we would definitely recommend them to others.

Mr Ling refused to forward an offer on a house as he said it would insult the owners. (The offer was no less a drop than we have had accepted on other houses in the area and was a starting offer). Five months later I'm told the house is still for sale and has had no offers! Now says he did forward the original offer but didn't bother to file it as it wasn't worth filing. It would have been nice to have been told that our original offer had been refused in January then we could have put in a higher offer. It would also have been nice not to have been spoken to so rudely today.

Mr.Ling has always been extremely helpful,. He has rented a total of 3 properties to 2 of my daughters and has always  done his utmost to help them. Would highly recommend him for lettings.Have previously found two other agencies less than helpful, and at times downright unhelpful.Phillip Ling is a true Gent and his family/staff are also of a very high calibre. Cannot fault.

This is a straightforward, down-to-earth and honest Welsh business. Dealing directly with Mr Ling, who is a complete gentleman inspires confidence - i have had dealings with this business for over three years now I can attest to the sterling service provided by Mr Ling and the girls. What a refreshing change from the plastic smiles and sharp practice seen in the big chains. I cannot recommend a business more highly than this.
