weeks was left no heating and charged 600 pcm excuse after excuse as given we had no hot water no heating and the property was so cold we were at risk of hypothermia then all fell ill with chest infections.  No apology as property was not fit for purpose . You will need free legal assistance with shelter crymru dealing with this lot ! And a solicitor  . We are currently doing this.  Kèep all contact with this company on email for legal reference lucky we did this .

Absolutely disgusted !!!! Arranged to view a house and they couldn't be bothered to turn up, upon ring the landline and mobile numbers they provided I was met with an answer machine. BASICALLY STEER CLEAR, THERE USELESS.!!!!!!!
