I recently completed on the sale of my house with Philip James in Reddish and have to say that they were fantastic from start to finish. Prior to instructing them I had been on the market with another local agent for a few months with little success, and also little contact from them. I was then recommended to Philip James by a friend who had also recently sold with them. I called to discuss a valuation and James came out to see my house the next day. He was very insightful about the market and had great confidence that my house would sell quickly, this was something that had been lacking from my previous agent so It was an easy decision to go with them. The photos we done a few days later and within a couple of weeks of going back on the market we'd had eight viewings and achieved an offer of the full asking price, we couldn't believe what a difference they had made. From there the sale progressed very smoothly and was completed about six weeks later. Massive thanks to everyone at Philip James, couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Fail to communicate properly, fail to turn up to viewings if your planning on selling a house look somewhere else
