They turned up for a survey, seemed very professional, made an appointment for six weeks time. I checked the night before they were coming, they said "oh yes, it's all booked in" so the morning came and they called and said they couldnt make it but would come at 10:30, the following Saturday. Called them 11:30 on the Saturday and they said "deliveries come first!" So I asked what time they were coming, the bloke on the phone said "I've no idea". With the mans attitude, I couldn't risk, letting him loose on my property, so I told him I was cancelling because I only deal with reputable and professional companies, to which he replied "ok" and he couldn't care less. Use a Company who appreciates your business, this one clearly doesn't and has caused us upset and chaos.

Don't bother with this bunch of cowboys! Rude is an understatement. Clearly don't want or need the business. I do not recommend them at all, and I will not be asking them to do the work. Have been warned about this company before but thought I would make my own judgement. Plenty of other companies out there that need the business.

Early this year Birchfield Fencing did an excellent job on 50yds of garden fencing. I was very pleased with the result I asked them to do the remaining 20yds, a more difficult job. They arrived on time, in spite of the weather, and completed the job before dusk. I am very pleased with the whole fence, looks very good and sturdy. The team was polite and friendly and left the garden clean and tidy. None of the garden plants were damaged, except the ivy, which covered the original fence, which has now gone. Even the neighbours side of the fence was left tidy. Good value

Quote not the cheapest but provided quickly. No contact prior implementation date to advise of approximate time of arrival. Phoned on the day, late morning, and told that they would be here just after lunch. In fact it was late afternoon. Operatives were quite accommodating and polite, but they were not clear as to what they had to do and were not given the right tools for the job. Even lent them my saw! When I contacted the office for an explanation as to why their communication and planning was so poor, the person on the phone said that it wasn't his fault and, unlike the operatives, he was quite insolent. I have a much bigger fencing job to do next, but I will definitely not consider them for the works.
