I would like to give a huge thank you to Deb in Witney Phase Eight who went above and beyond her duty to help my Mum receive her shoes on time for my brother's wedding. After a disappointing experience in another store where they had promised my Mum the shoes would arrive on time, and they didn't - we phoned Witney and had the pleasure of speaking with Deb. Understanding the situation, she was extremely kind and helpful. She arranged for us to pay for the shoes over the phone, and even went to her local post office on her *day off* to post the shoes down to us next day delivery so that they would arrive on time for the wedding. How amazing!! She absolutely saved the day and I would really love to give her recognition for her outstanding customer service! Thank you so much Deb - you really are a superstar!!
I came in to buy a dress for my wife's Birthday and was so impressed by the help and assistance given to me by Debbie working there. She was really patience and helped me get an outfit that my wife loved. Thank you for listening to me and then finding just the right thing!
They have some beautiful clothes, sadly they are bit expensive for my purse so only go in for something special which i always find, the staff are so helpful and will always take the time to make sure you are happy.
Good quality of clothes! The lady who helped me to find the best for myself, she was very kind!
A little upmarket than some dress shops but ideal for that special accasion,always worth a browse
