Absolutely astonishing service from the click and collect counter at this Debenhams store today. The girl that eventually (after spending a couple of minutes on her mobile phone) came over to serve me was sullen and rude at best. There was no greeting, no questions, I was simply expected to know the question she would have asked could she have been bothered. Once she eventually communicated with me what she'd need in order to retrieve my order, she came came back, slammed it on the counter and after a cursory glance in my direction walked away. I'm not normally one to write this kind of review but the service was so poor I felt I had to. Only giving it more than one star as having a Debenham in witney is handy. The service however was woeful.

This is a medium sized store with lots of cloths, perfume and makeup mainly. The staff are friendly and you can order items for store collection.
