I have ordered and paid for! three books on 24 Nov. 2017, two weeks later without any information received about my order, I emailed the customer service, who said that they have sent me tracking number, and attempted a delivery by DPD on 28 Nov. I was home all day and not received any information about an attempted delivery, in my experience DPD is very good at communication. We arranged a redelivery attempt, but it was refused to be sent to my home address. I’ve provided my partner’s business address. We’ve received a tracking number the next day and it was delivered the day after that. The package contained an invoice to the new address and my partner’s name despite the order being placed by me. If that wasn’t enough only 2 of the three books were invoiced and delivered. Again, I’ve received no information on this change and had to email customer service again and ask where the third book was. I was told they’ve checked with the warehouse and it was out of stock, so they’d refund part of my purchase. I’ve bought the book then marked as in stock at a discounted price, and now only available at ~4 times the price and out-of-stock. The whole process gave me the impression, that they were very happy to receive my payment but made absolutely zero effort to notify me of anything or to fulfil the order, and tried to defend themselves with made-up facts. Surely, if delivery was attempted immediately there would’ve been a correct invoice and book in stock. Very unhappy with this service, will not buy from them again.
