Looked really pretty little town but everything was shut on the Sunday I the summer holidays. Even though most signs said open at 10am and it's wwas 10.45
Great place to park for Petworth, lots of space, very central and I believe you get an hour free
Plenty of parking, well looked after and very close to wander around the beautiful Petworth
I have visited Petworth over many years, 50 a very nice town. Parked in the main car park only to find a queue at the pay station and a machine that was obviously having a bad day and apparently the other machine had been stolen. Ring the number provided to be told the offices open on Monday so rather than leave my car and find a parking charge in my letter box before I get home we left and had lunch in Duncton. Get it sorted!
Convenient carpark but hate the complicated system to get a parking ticket. Always find people helping each other get their ticket. There is an explanation poster to help you but there is no slot to take your debit card as shown on the poster!
Amazing car park. There are spaces with lines! Cars parked in an orderly fashion and right in the center of the village. If you like car parks, check this place out! You won't be disappointed.
Far too complicated. What happened to just putting money in the machine and getting a ticket?? Download the app, far simpler.
Good location, had no problem finding a space and there were public loos. But the pay and display machine was a nightmare to use, so complicated! We almost gave up on it. When we returned later there was a queue of people having the same problem. What is it with some local councils, haven't they ever heard of user friendly???
Big parking space which is great for this lovely market town. The parking meters need a serious overhaul though as you need a degree in computer science to work out how to pay the 70 pence for a few hours parking. Seriously guys, make it simpler!
It's a car park! Situated in the centre of town, it's charges are very reasonable and it is easy to access.
