I rarely leave reviews but I needed to say how brilliant this pharmacy is. They have kept me sane through the absolute nightmare of my GP surgery and prescriptions being incorrectly sent every time. And they're all just so lovely. They also have a wide variety of everything you could need from a chemist - a lovely place to shop. I am leaving the area and this is genuinely one of the local businesses I will most miss. Thank you!
A terrific local pharmacy. The staff are very well informed and communicative. The shop stocks a broad range of cosmetic and household goods along with the prescription stuff.
After coming here for years I have switched to another pharmacy. The staff are disorganised, incredibly passive aggressive and show 0 empathy despite working in an industry that requires it. Their lack of accountability / apologies for repeated errors is astounding. Their “policies” change every 5 minutes and appear to depend on the staff member you speak to. After waiting over a month for my medicine on several occasions, instead of being sympathetic they accused me of forgetting to order it as a repeat, despite me showing two forms of evidence. Honestly the rudest staff members I’ve ever experienced. I was patient to a fault for a long time but today was the final straw.

Had such a lovely helpful member of staff. She was patient and recommended the NHS HRT certificate to get. This saved me ££ on my repeat prescription and she explained it all. Great service thank you.

I have been coming here for many years, and I always love their creative window displays and staff are always so polite and friendly. Their prescription service is so simple too, you just email your order in and leave the rest up to them. I also like the vast amount of products, across the store especially the high end items.
