Love this shop for our hamster and puppy such helpful staff,our pets only like these treats and chew bars from here they don't like pets at home ones.
Shocking. Absolutely shocking. Arrive at 16.50 to be greeted by a door closed and lights off. The lady on shift the German one that's been there years appeared from behind the counter, rolled her eyes at me whilst opening the door, Told me they closed due to an emergency and she would take card only I only had a £20 note funny how there's an emergency yet she could take card!! I've been using this shop for years, tonight to be refused to be served because Geraldine or whatever her name is wanted to go home learly is appalling Thank god for Doolittles!!! 12 years a customer sick to death of that woman's behaviour for a final time!!
A really lovely pet shop, the lady was lovely, informative and helpful and helped us find what we needed quickly! Service with a smile and a lovely little chat! Will be back again soon!
