Easily the most helpful Aquatics shop I’ve visited since getting into fish keeping. Couldn’t Recommend Simon enough for his knowledge on fish keeping and his constant help and advice since first setting my tank up. Also Felicity for her great customer service and out of hours replies when possible lol!  A great team with a great selection of fish and fish keeping stock available. It will be the only shop I use for my tanks!

Hi.l think l have visited most of the tropical fish suppliers in southern England over the last forty years or so. I found Pets Direct a pure delight to visit and found both Simon and his wife most helpful and Simon to be especially knowledgeable and most helpful -the tanks we're well stocked and very clean and l was impressed with the filter system and the amount of accessory that were modestly priced.

Just incredibly helpful, I have been given so much good advice about which food would be best for my dogs. So glad that I stopped in here instead of shopping online. This will be my regular stockist now

Went here for first time and will never go again. Dead fish in two of the tanks. Distressing to see. Room stank and was difficult to be in. Filthy tanks and filter systems. Tanks with big fish and not enough space for them. Clearly unkept and uncared for. Absolute disgrace and cruel. Haven't seen these kinds of conditions in the UK for years and obviously neither have the RSPCA.

Not very helpful and don't seem to know much about the fish there selling. Also not very helpful on prices of equipment there selling. Also every time I have brought fish there they just seem to die or already have parasites on them. I have been keeping fish for over 10 years and know what I'm doing but I get the blame.

Absolutely wonderful and professionally help.. Well worth a visit just to see the massive selection of fish...

Very unhelpful staff.  Went in to acquire some inverts.  Saw they had some in the tanks and were advertising prices.  Asked for help at counter and was told they had none by very disinterested staff who couldn't be bothered to serve at all.  Shall definitely not be recommending them to anyone.

Good selection of pet stuff

I don't quite understand where Bob went but it does not sound like the aquatic shop in Bridport, the owners know their stuff and the livestock is usually very good. 5 Stars from Me, well worth a visit.
