The girls at Pet's Corner are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable about all animals (we have rabbits, reptiles and birds). I've never asked a question they couldn't answer. They are very friendly and helpful and always help carry all our purchases to the car without even having to ask. They also remember all the animals we have. Going to Pet's Corner is something we always look forward to. I am totally sure without a doubt this is the loveliest pet shop in the whole country, Love Caroline & Flo x

The staff are unfailingly helpful and friendly - even if you dash in five minutes before closing. My little dog, Oscar, loves going! Stock selection is good and there is always advice on hand if you need it. Prices are competitive and it's nice to go to a smaller chain than one of the huge ones. They have an unusually generous approach to things you're not happy with, exchanging or refunding without a fuss or timeframe (within reason, I imagine!). Definitely my 'go to' pet store.

When Pets Corner first added McAdams Free Range Chicken to their already extensive range of dog food, I have regularly been buying the 5-kg bag. I consider that this product is excellent, it has suited my Westie's digestive system and improved the condition of her skin. During a recent visit to the West Horsley Branch, I noticed that McAdams had brought out a new version of the food – Free Range Chicken 'with added Salmon' and decided to buy a bag of this - simply to give my Westie a 'change'. Unfortunately, she did not like it, but I remembered that the store staff had assured me that Pets Corner offer a 100% guarantee of satisfaction with the product. I therefore returned the bag and explained the situation to Sophie. True to their word I was a promptly given a new bag of the McAdams Free Range Chicken - without any quibble! This level of customer service is hard to find and my sincere thanks go to all the kind and understanding staff at West Horsley and especially to Sophie who dealt with my query on that day. I would like to add, that in my case, the ‘new flavour’ of Mc Adams food did not suit my dog, which is not a criticism of the product - just that it didn’t suit her taste buds!

I would like to just say, that I shop all the time at Pets Corner for my three dogs, cat and rabbit! The staff there are always helpful and knowledgeable, and friendly, and I spend so much time (and money!) there they know me well!! They have advised me on brands of food that are best for my animals, and their “returns policy” is great - as I have a very fussy cat who will love her food one day, and the refuse to eat it anymore! I trust their advice, and they always have time for a chat and a laugh! Wonderful store! Thankyou! Jacky Smith
