Anita and her team are very helpful and knowledgable. Whenever I had questions they were able to answer them. The shop is always well stocked and tidy. There is a vast amount of products in such a small area. Some products are a little on the pricey side but it's worth going for the pleasant customer service.

The staff are lovely. They're really helpful and have lots of product knowledge.  I have sought advice on several occasions. It's not a problem to return things.  I have seen Jenny several times. She's lovely, doesn't rush you. Takes the time to explain the differences in food types so you can make an informed choice. She has also explained how equipment works thoroughly.  I always enjoy going in there.  Thank you.

Anita and her team provide consistently excellent customer care. They are knowledgeable and helpful, and take an interest in my two cats welfare, which means that I always have a positive shopping experience.
