The staff are always welcoming and friendly when you walk into the store.  We needed some help in choosing dry dog food for our elderly dog.   They were able to advise on which food would be most beneficial and why. Excellent service all round.

All staff are very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I feel I must pin point Lizzy. I had a problem with my dog and was going to change the brand of dried dog food. Lizzy asked me some questions and we found my error. Lizzy took the time to fully explain information and enlightened me on many factors. Her very valuable advise has sorted the problem. Lechlade shop along with the other two stores in Swindon are always well stocked and tidy. Keep up the good work ......

Lovely helpful staff with excellent product knowledge.  Dog kibble is good quality too.
