Lovely helpful staff. I took my very fussy 14year old yorkie in one day when a lady approached me and asked if she could give her a piece of macadams died food. You can try I said ..she won't eat it! Well not only did she eat it she jumped up and asked for more! We have never looked back. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and I'm happy that my little girl has found lots of good quality food that she loves. Well done all the staff at the Gosport branch.

Very friendly store. Always get dragged in by my dog for a sniff round. Someone will always come and ask how he is. Lots of nice natural treats and an approachable and we'll informed team.

Great pet shop, great service from very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Only problem is the prices of the stuff I mean £7.50 fer a pack of dog treats fer crissake. Ridiculous.

I was lucky enough to strike up a conversation with a female member of staff that had just completed a course about cats. I explained that I have 2 indoor cats that vomit up their food after eating on a regular basis. This obviously causes concern about our pets health & wellbeing. The cats also fight. I was given lots of great advice and shown to some complete cat food that has more meat content. This has made such a difference to the behaviour of my cats and they are so much more contented. I am very grateful to the staff member and told her this when I next visited the store in Gosport. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks.
