This store is well-stocked, the products are beautifully displayed and everything looks clean and tidy. The staff have always been very attentive and knowledgeable and the quality of the products beats all other pet stores I've visited. I love the Peter & Paul bird food range! The prices you pay reflect the quality and I would certainly rather pay extra and have the reassurance that I'm feeding my pets the very best.
Great experiences and a great selection of treats and items to pick from for the puppy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and very nice about the fact; within five minutes my puppy had peed all over the floor. They helped me clean up and also doted on him lots. They also were able to advise the best items for him and helped introduce us to his, now favourite, antler chew. The shop has become my regular store for everything because of the great items and service available. They also let me know about Dogwood Grooming and helped my puppy through their first session. All round; great vibes!
We were just visiting my partner's family yesterday and needed some bits and bobs for our dog so we stopped here. Staff two ladies, unfortunately I don't know their names but they were great!! was super helpful to us, helped us choose healthy dry food that would fit our dog's dietary needs and just seemed very knowledgeable and interested in helping us and our pets. Very positive experience:
We were looking to buy a collar and harness.. due to sizing a staff member unsure on her name, sorry! was friendly by rewarding treats to our dog, assisting with trying multiple on, and helped by suggesting a food brand from the store. The staff were friendly, welcoming and they took the time to help us. A superb visit!
It's pricey but the products are good quality the canagan range of food is definitely superior to others we have tried for our furry feline
Pets Corner is a fabulous shop. We started going there for the puppy parties they host and have returned to shop for all our puppy needs since. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Heidi is especially wonderful and is a true gem for advice and help in all dog matters. Our latest purchase is a new big bed for our now 7month Labrador. After plenty of online research I found Pets Corner to be competitive in pricing and quality. I also love that it’s British made. As you can see I am a very satisfied customer and look forward to using Pets Corner for many years.
Really like the products, but sometimes the staff come on a but too strong about there suggestions and questions. Actually comes across as bit creepy which isn't something I've ever experienced whilst shopping! But again, great products.
One of my elderly guinea pigs had been very poorly with blood loss from kidney stones. I spoke to a lovely lady in the Camberley store called Heidi, who helped advise me on what foods to buy to help nurse my guineapig back to health. The food and treats I gave her perked her up and she is back to her normal self and has a new lease of life. Cannot thank Heidi enough . She was outstanding with her service and knowledge . Thank you .
