Staff are knowledable and friendly always there to hep. The options are vast. Lots of different flavours in free as well as frozen treats. Gifts and even charity cards at Christmas. Worth a visit to see the options in raw food for your cat and dog. When buying lots they provide free poly box to maintain your frozen goods.

Great pet food at reasonable prices. We moved our older dogs with many health issues onto raw diet about 6 months ago from a quality dry food they had been on for years and they have a new lease of life. They love all the flavours (but beware any that contain tripe as this has an unpleasant smell after a day or so even kept refrigerated). We live conveniently near to pick up manegable quantities but otherwise delivery on smaller quantities adds to the cost and storing larger quantities requires lots of freezer space.

It's a shame that I will have to find a new supplier of dog food as my dogs do love it but we have been let down AGAIN by the delivery and misleading email communication. We don't have the freezer facility to store more than 36kg of raw food so we only order when we are running low but this is the second time the food hasn't been delivered on the correct day after they have sent an email confirming that the food has left the warehouse. I need my dog food supplier to be reliable and they are not.

Excellent place to get cat and dog food. Our cats only eat the vension and they love it. Always plenty of stock.
