Would like to update my review from below. I have been in here since and I must admit that the fish side of the shop looks a lot better and I couldn't see any reptiles for sale. This made me happy. I also had a look in the new upstairs vets and groomers and it does look very professional and clean. I will increase my rating of the store but as long as they stick to not selling reptiles anymore and leave it to the specialist shops. Never get anything to do with reptiles here. Also I brought some fish that did not last long. Although same fish from a different location are still going strong a year later. They are not for the animals they are only for the ££££

Great staff and customer service at this store. Manager is very helpful with advice and well organised.

The care of the fish in the store is shockingly bad. Almost all the tanks have diseased or infected fish. I brought 6 Tetra fish and due to one or more of the being infected with white spot, within a week my entire tank was infected and all the fish died. Pets at home response was they will only replace what I brought if I brought all the dead fish along with a water sample to the store! Never buy fish from this store. I will never buy anything from this store or company ever again. Find an independent fish dealer, who cares for their stock and can offer you professional advice.

Over the last few months have regularly had stock outs on the items I normally buy. Now use another supplier who has more choice of the brands I buy and are cheaper.
