I went to the catford branch today which was a fair size, the staff were very helpful, I found this place to be well stocked but unfortunately they never had what I went there for.
The staff were very helpful and assisted me to find suitable dog food for my pooch. The lovely person at the till informed me about the 10% discount for the VIP app. And even held my stuff back whilst I downloaded the app. The first time I have ever been in this shop and what a pleasant experience.
I love this store! The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. There is always a good selection on the shelves su kept to deliveries which are out of their control. I love that I can buy online and either pick it up or have it delivered for a reasonable price
The staff was very friendly as she advised me to sign up for the membership to receive a 20% discount. The bill was finally reduced by £26!
Recommend the fish here if your looking for simple little gold fish/ cold water fish. Of course can always have bad luck with fish so nothing guaranteed, but these have always been healthy and well cared for little guys, so a good bet if you have your pond or tanks set up to receive them!
Unhelpful and don't have a clue about anything they sell if I am honest. They don't care about the animals I have been in there and animals have no food and water the animals are dirty with little food. And they think they know stuff about animals nope better getting a book or going to the vets. Standing around waiting for someone to help or to ask someone something no one around. Horrible queues at certain times of the day with only one member of staff manning till. Where are the staff.
Good voucher and membership scheme, staff very friendly and helpful. Bit products can be sparce. Have been looking for dog chews for over a month and no restock.
We have got good help whilst buying our Syrian Hamster, the gentleman shop clerk was lovely and gave us the right attention and tips on how to care for the new addition!
Really helpful staff, a good friendly atmosphere, I always buy more than I intended as it's all so tempting.
Went in to get some bits for our new kitten, staff where very helpful giving useful information and not just trying to sell you the most expensive items, highly recommended.
