Super friendly staff greeted me the moment I walked in. I found what I wanted quickly and it was on deal! Extra bonus, lovely little store. Convenient, clean, tidy and wonderful staff
We visited Pets at Home as we had booked a Pet Pals Workshop for our daughter. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment time and were greeted by the lovely Kat. She was very friendly and didn't keep us waiting long. Our daughter was the only child attending the workshop, and Kat was extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We learned how to keep animals cool in the summer, met the fish and talked about the different habitats, and then were shown over to the small pets where we discussed the hamsters, rabbits and mice and we met a beautiful guinea pig. We really enjoyed the workshop. Our daughter learned lots of facts and has really enjoyed the activity sheets and box she was given at the end. Thank you, Kat, for a lovely workshop.
I bought a hamster called Luna from there and she’s amazing and the workers are kind
Went to pets at home to buy my first pet fish for my pre cycled perfectly tested tank and when I bought the lady said you can only get 2 cardinal tetra, was a bit anoyed and went home, when these fish were scooped out of the tank the lady noticed that the fish I picked out had a big white spot on his mouth I didn’t think anything of it at first but they started talking about it in secret while I was right there, new to the hobby I didn’t know what white spot was but I had the fish for half a week and I noticed they started biting eachother when I went in to tell them they told me I should have got more when she was the one who said I could only get 2, long story short the fish died of white spot so I had to recycle the tank and wait another 2 weeks to get fish DO NOT BUY FISH FROM HERE go @trimaraquarian instead
We were on holiday in Marazion staying at the Godolphin hotel lovely friendly helpful staff here too when our Labrador cut his paw. We went to Pets at Home to seek advice. The staff went out of their way to get us an immediate appointment with their onsite vet. Afterwards one of the nurses also carried our dog 28.6 kg down the stairs for us as the lift was out of use. Really lovely friendly ladies. Thank you so much for all your help.
