Beautiful clear water, beautiful scenery, incredible sealife to see when snorkelling, and a wonderful community of sea swimmers here.

Lovely place to dip your feet!
Nice and simple on the way place when we go from St Ives to Lands End. Parking was available at the site and we stopped over for views. If you have enough time at hand you can spend sitting near the shore and enjoy the view.
Perfect place for a swim
Food was cold and second time food came out under cooked !!!
Nice little place to visit and take some great photos on the rocks. All of these were taken on IPhone XR in 4K.
Beautifull view over the bay on a sunny day , you can see toward both newlyn anc in the other direction st micheals mount. It is also situated behind jublee open air swimming pool ,newly restored and one of the only few left, wich also has its own cafe.
The name Battery Rocks is derived from its coverage of Mounts Bay. As a frequently used site for artillery it is only appropriate that the Penzance War Memorial is sighted here. From early dawn photographers and all year round swimmers and a place for Tai Chi, this place is almost a centre of natural energy. A graded slope around the jubilee pool so is possible for fairly strong wheelchair users. But this is Cornwall so even if you are struggling someone is bound to help you. Highly recommended
Not so much a beach. But we'll worth a visit. Loads if wildlife, a brilliant place to rock pool, and safe swimming for free.
