Good selection of all pet requirements, (food, treats, leads, coats toys etc:-) ..sell fish/small furries.   Staff knowledgable and friendly.   Most items can be a bit dearer than other pet shops.   Free car parking

We didn't buy anything here but I always.pop in with the kids as they like to have a look at the animals! The animals seem clean and well cared for. Sorry kids, but they're not coming home with us!

!! AVOID !! This store in terms of fish keeping are awful, I am an experienced aquatic person, I have 5 tanks running well. Firstly look at the state of this ram, was backflipping virtually dead, I told the lady she told me he was fine she would keep an eye on him. Terrible possible swim bladder failure? Awful anyway I purchased 7 fish from here and within 2 days 3 had died. Was told I had high levels of everything in my water when I don’t in any of my tanks hence why none of my beautiful fish have died. I once again went where I said I would never go again, pets@home and have been lied to, made to feel inexperienced because they dress like vets. The woman couldn’t differentiate a catfish and a plecostomus I know some are in the same family but come on you say cat you think Cory not a bloody plec. A plecostomus is a plec, pleco, suckermouth catfish whatever. These guys do not know what they are doing. You can go to a real aquatic shop like AquaJardin in Gloucester or Maidenhead all over the country for a much pleasant experience. And btw P@H your stupid system where I have to give my name address life story etc all for a virtual birth certificate for a bloody pest snail even is absolute horse shite. Shut it down and get a real place. Goodbye
