Lovely staff there and are very helpful  even took my bag of cat litter  to the car because  my hands were full ,nice touch  I thought  A*,plenty  of offers round the store too

Staff are always really happy and helpful. They always have to stuff we need although prices are quite high for some stock. Great to have on the doorstep though

One lady in particular was very pleasant and helpful, but the younger lass on the checkout was blunt and emotionless when we had mentioned about our dog having cancer. Most people would say 'oh I'm sorry to hear that' or whatever but this girl seriously lacked empathy and emotion and it annoyed me. Perhaps give the job to someone with better people skills and someone who actually has empathy toward sick animals??

The deals you get are good but apart from that expensive store I find smaller more independent stores will offer better prices

Went to pets at home Washington yesterday and spoke to Stevo. Although I didn't purchase anything because the product I needed was out of stock Indorex Stevo still spent the time to talk to me and give me advice. He was so friendly and informative and I thank him for taking the time out of his day to help me. One of the best customer services I've ever experienced. Thankyou Stevo!
