Can’t believe this place it’s a joke , staff so rude and unprofessional and got my dogs nails cut was like they never had a clue what they was doing could have done a better job myself and also they have split most of my dogs nails which I think is unacceptable and now have to be careful as they can bleed and get infected I just feel like the whole procedure was rushed they didn’t really care just wanted the dog in and out so unprofessional

Some smaller animals such as Guinea Pigs and Rabbits available in store to purchase check before visiting to confirm and dogs allowed into store itself.nStaff very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive and will ensure you get exactly what you need. 30 day return on items so if any items are wrong size or fit. Not the cheapest range, but good quality items and many instore offers present at time of visit.

Awful service young girl in the desk personality of piece of wood, bringing my 18 month old black lab in for the first time, trusting they would look after him, I get a call 25 mins after dropping him off to say they are in able to dry him because he’s scared, I asked if they could get another member of staff which she she sounded like I asked her to move trees was a simple question. No customer service what so ever she made my dog scared and I had to dry him off at home. Avoid at all cost.
The rudest staff and awful customer service. We went in to get some dog food which it said they had in stock on the website. When we couldn’t find it we asked at the till and the lady just said they didn’t have any. I asked her to check and she just ignored me and rang up the total cost. I asked again and she said “if it’s not on the shelf there won’t be any.” I again asked her to check and she very reluctantly rang the bell. A nice guy came over and checked and shock, there was some! No apology from the cashier as we paid for our £100+ purchases. As we were walking out another lady came over apologising that her dog had done a wee and she just looked at her and pointed at the spray and blue roll and said “you’ll have to clean it up”. Can’t believe the lack of customer service and frankly rude staff!
