We have just adopted 3 lovely guinea pigs from this store, and we found the staff to be very helpful. They were informative about the previous owner and were happy to answer any questions. They also checked we had a large enough cage for our new pets before letting us purchase them, which i liked. We received a phone call from the store a few days later to check our guinea pigs were settled and to check if we had any further questions, which was very nice. We will happily shop here in future.

Good store, with plenty of choice. Unfortunately, I was very unimpressed with the management. When I queried the VIP scheme I'd signed up for online, I was given a flyer with a telephone number and told to give them a call. Perhaps the manager should have called the number on my behalf? Especially when the shop was empty. Customer service goes a long way. As it happens-I called the number and the call handler asked to speak directly to the manager. The issue was resolved within seconds and the manager failed to even acknowledge me. Will return, but only because it's on my doorstep.
