My partner and I went into the shop yesterday to pick up a few things for our puppy. We were assisted by a shop assistant named Grace. She was so helpful with giving us advice and ensuring we were getting any deals/offers through an app we hadn't heard of before. Thank you very much to all the staff especially Grace for your help!
After our email conversation a week ago we made an appointment for our little hamster who wasn't well. We've got the same day appointment, everyone was very nice - from lovely reception lady to a vet Wojciech who was very kind and helpful, very gentle with Oreo. He explained everything, showed us pictures, prepared medication and told us not to hesitate contact them if anything happens. Very happy with their service and care. Thank you
Tidy, well stocked and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The retail staff aren’t experts on animals though, so if you’re looking to adopt a pet, please do your research thoroughly before shopping. Other than that, the supplies are great, everything you could ever need for all ages and types of animals.
Brilliant service and advice. We got all the bits we needed for our new kitten and the advisor showed us the app and now to save some money. Was very impressed and will go back for our supplies.

I went in one evening to get some cat food. My cat has kidney problems, and needs special food. They didnt have any on the shelf as its a special order, which makes sense. But the manager i forgot her name was very helpful, gave me lots of information about the food and gave a short term alternative while I wait for the food to arrive from online. Couldn't praise all the girls working that evening enough. Lovely and helpful. Customer for life now.
My 16 year old dog has arthritis and condition where her fur falls out rude young girl told us to leave because we can't put her on a lead for medical reason and she didn't care. I will never buy from your store again disgraceful store. I have been coming into you store for 12 years and this has never been an issue before. I will spend £150 worth of bedding and toys in another store.our other 2nd dog Dexter was on a lead as he is ok to wear one 18/12/22 14:30
Good variety of pet items, and the staff are always happy to give my cockapoo some love and attention, which she appreciates hugely!
Very helpfull lady on the till today. Went out of her way to try and find ingredients on dog biscuits in their pick n mix range as our dog can't have chicken.
Staff very helpful. Lady helped me install their app & got discount at the till. All round pleasant experience & can take your dog in with you.
