Not as good as lots of other Maidenhead Aquatics. Plenty of foods etc. but the selection of fish is a little disappointing. Staff are as friendly and knowledgeable as other stores, just let down by the available livestock

Very grumpy manager, always. Once, I got home and only had 5 fish instead of 6, I went back, spoke to him, he said he only had my work about it and would so nothing. Ing me a liar. Great customer relations I thought. Went to Andover branch weeks later. An talking to manager there he said he's always that, and gave me 2 fish to take home, said it was worth it to keep our custom. Guess where I go now

Be careful with this shop, we bought some RO water and tested the levels when we got home, it was reading worse then what tap water is at. Went back for a refund and there was hesitation until i got my camera out and started recording. Fish are in poor condition also.
