Buying Fish. We needed help with fish choice and tank sizes etc. Dean was extremely helpful and friendly, he fully explained to us how to safely introduce fish to a new aquarium. Thank you so much for all your help over the last two days. The kids called one of the fish Dean! The store is well stocked and clean! It’s our go to store now for dog food/treats/toys and now fish!
Great use the vets here and Lauren on the desk is super friendly and helpful. Sharon the vet really helped my cat and made Time for the extra care he needed. Hannah also really helped with my other cat. Both caring vets who didn't rush me and took time to explain things. Desk staff good at getting me in when more urgent circumstances
Lovely till staff go above and beyond to help. Same woman on two occasions really helped me out. Did some magic on my phone too to give me plenty of vouchers to use there and then. Range of dog food not as good as smaller stores.
Really Poor customer service, the two ladies that were on the tills were more interested in carrying on with there personal conversation whilst I was trying to pay. A thankyou and goodbye would of been nice. Won't be using this store again.
Horrible experience. The plan was to have two tiny gold fish for our new 40L fishtank. But customer service refused saying only one can be purchased as the fishtank we have not big enough for two fishes. When I objected saying why you keep in excess of 20 fishes in same size tank enclosed image, we were told "this is a temperary place for them"! We had to provide all sort of personal information such as name, address, telephone and email address to buy a £3.50 fish! Anyhow the fish did not last a night after and interestingly I had a news letter email the next morning from Pets at home saying I did agree to receive such a communication! Just to add a note that we have experience of having fish tank and know how to keep and maintaing it. So the lost fish was not due to our neglignece etc. NOT RECOMMENDED in any way!
This is my go to shop for all my dogs needs. It has general shopping for multiple types of animals. Also you can groom your dog's here and also it has a Vetinary Clinic. All of the information is on their website. Great place to visit.
Very helpful staff always friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Stock a wide range of products and the vets4pets is right inside. A one stop shop really. Would definitely recommend.
This store is a lot clearer than some closer store's to me so even though this is a bit further to travel I prefer it. It has a very good stock of most items and shelves always seem to be full.
Literally never have our cat food. No matter what day of the week or time of day I go, they have never had my cats food in stock. Ironically, it's their house brand as well. "Check online" doesn't help me when my cats are out of food. I even tried their automatic shipping once every 4 weeks and it never came in time. Not by a day or two but by nearly a week.
A very helpful member of staff gave me a lot of time to solve a problem. Great merchandise too.
