We were so nervous about leaving our dog in a kennels, especially for 16 days while we went on our honeymoon but we needn't have been, she loved it and we could tell from her behavior how happy she was with the staff there. She came back to us smelling fresh from her bath the day before, and had clearly been eating well. We've been twice now and she was so excited when we arrived the second time so she must have been happy there. It was worth the wait to get into Newgate knowing she isn't mixing with any other dogs and is in a secure environment. Would definitely recommend!
I am leaving three stars because I have been using Newgate for the last 2 years, and actually my experiences in the first 12 - 18 months were more than satisfactory, no issues at all. It is my cats last 3 visits that have been poor. I will not go into detail in this review, but what I will say is Newgate are seemingly about as good at handling complaints as they are at caring for my cat & I will now be taking my business elsewhere.
Bella goes in happy, without a backward glance. She comes out just as happy. Great kennels and great staff. Happy to recommend.
My dog Roy absolutely loves it here, and the staff are very helpful and always go out of the way to try help with last minute bookings, changes or haircuts.
Wonderful service. Our two cats were well looked after for 5 days. We had them fed twice daily on dry food provided by Newgate. Reasonable prices. Cats were whisked away at the Check-in counter while we filled out the forms.
Our cat just loves it here! We have been using this place for a few years and our cat always returns happy healthy and well looked after. The organisation is professional and efficient and customer care is excellent. We would never send our cat anywhere else. Thanks again
I have been using Newgate for nearly 15yrs. My dogs happily go in and I know I can trust them with my dogs care and welfare. I would not use any other kennels. my very much loved dogs are safe and secure which gives me peace of mind.
Excellent dog grooming. The second time I have taken my dog here, fantastic service .
We take our two guinea pigs to Newgate for boarding when we go on holiday and we’ve only ever had a fantastic experience. They always come back happy and sometimes we notice “Piggles” even comes home with a free haircut. Great customer service too. Really grateful to all the Newgate team for their care and hard work.
Very very good! Our cat is difficult to say the least, the team didn't even bat an eyelid. Very professional, always feel very happy leaving her there.
