I have been using  Batleys for years and staff very friendly and helpful. In regards to the comment left about being turned away 35 minutes before closing time. It is very clearly advertised that it stops allowing people in  30 minutes prior to the closing time advertised. Just kind reminder to read the instructions before going.

Very disappointed.
Been shopping here for years, 
But got turned away at the gates even though I arrived 35 mins before the closing time . Considering taking my business elsewhere.
